1. General Terms & Conditions

By using the taka23 website and application, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between taka23 and the member.

Taka23 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website, and continued use of the platform following such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicability

• These terms and conditions apply to all services and products offered by taka23.
• In the event of any dispute, taka23's decision shall be considered final.
• These terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on taka23, you must register with accurate and complete information. taka23 reserves the right to terminate any account created using false or incorrect details.

Registration Terms

• Each person may only register one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Taka23 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. You may be required to submit identification documents before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete.

Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact taka23 support immediately. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication to keep your account secure.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Taka23 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or the equivalent value.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• No additional fees are charged on deposits.
• You must use your own registered number when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party names or numbers are not accepted.

Withdraw

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account level.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• Large withdrawal requests will not be processed without KYC verification.

USDT Payment

Deposits and withdrawals are available via USDT (TRC-20). USDT transactions are converted at the current market rate. Blockchain network fees for crypto transactions are borne by the member.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions at taka23 come with specific terms and conditions. Please read the bonus terms carefully before claiming any offer.

Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus is available for new members. This bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per member.

Wagering Requirements

• A minimum wagering requirement must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.

Cashback & Reload Bonus

Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or using bots to meet wagering requirements — may result in account termination and forfeiture of any accumulated funds.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Taka23 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled, all stakes placed on that event will be refunded.
• Taka23 is not responsible for bets voided due to internet disconnection during live betting.

Odds & Results

Taka23's odds are always in line with market rates. Official results from the relevant sports governing bodies are used to determine outcomes. In the case of disputed results, taka23's decision is final.

Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit applies to single bets. This limit may vary depending on the game and bet type. Contact support for more details.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on taka23 to maintain a safe and fair environment. Violations may result in account termination and legal action where necessary.

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
2. Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
3. Using another member's account or selling your account to a third party.
4. Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to taka23's systems.
5. Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
6. Cheating or defrauding other members.
7. Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
8. Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.

7. Responsible Gaming

Limit-Setting Tools

Accounts may be suspended or closed without prior notice in cases of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity. Account balances may be confiscated in such cases.

Taka23 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website and may also be communicated to your registered email address.

Effect of Changes

• Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
